Use our 4.2kg black heavy duty cross base for indoors or outdoors. On soft ground with pegs, on hard ground, and under a car wheel. Our Heavy-Duty Cross Base folds together for easy storage.
The spindle allows the flag to be seen at 180 degrees, rotating freely with the wind. This will take the pressure off the flag and prolong the lifetime of your product.
